Notes:
a) During the quarter under review the turnover
of the company has increased by 33.63% and the net profit after tax has increased
by 30.15% over the corresponding figures of previous year quarter.
b) In its Board Meeting held on 23rd January,
2003 the Board of Director have re-issued the 175900 forfeited equity shares to
the employees of the Company at price of Rs.15/- per shares.
c) The company is exclusively in the pharmaceutical
business segment.
d) The previous period figures have been regrouped
and rearranged wherever necessary.
e) The above financial results were taken on
record by the Board at its meeting held on 31st January, 2003
