Notes:
a) During the quarter under review the turnover
of the Company has increased by 29.37% and net profit after tax has increased by
12.95% over the corresponding figures of previous quarter.
b) The Company has received the coveted ISO
9001:2000 certifications, the latest International Standards for Quality Management
and Quality assurance systems.
c) The Company is exclusively in the pharmaceutical
business segment. The Capital employed as on 30th Sept., 2002 is 9128.18 lacs.
d) The previous period figures have been regrouped
and rearranged wherever necessary.
e) The above results were taken on record by
the company in its board meeting held on 30.10.2002.
